Welcome to ZELVON. The terms below are the ground rules for using our website and for shopping with us. By browsing zelvon.com or placing an order, you agree to them, so do give them a read before you check out.

1. About These Terms

These terms apply to everyone who visits or buys from ZELVON. They cover how the site may be used, how orders come together, and what each side can expect of the other. If anything here is unclear, get in touch before ordering and we will happily talk it through.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the items in your basket. We will email to confirm we have received it, but a binding contract is only formed once your goods are dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for instance where stock has run out or a price was listed in error — and where we do, any payment taken is refunded in full.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where it applies. We take great care to keep every price accurate, but should an obvious error slip through, we will flag it to you before processing and let you choose whether to carry on or cancel. Payment is taken at the point of ordering through our secure providers.

4. Delivery

We ship across the United Kingdom and much of Europe. Estimated delivery times and charges are set out in full on our Shipping & Payment page. While we work hard to keep to these windows, they are estimates rather than guarantees, as the final leg is handled by third-party carriers.

5. Your Right to Cancel

If you are shopping as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Full details are on our Withdrawal & Cancellation page. Certain items, such as sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons, may be exempt.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If something is not right, our Refund Policy explains how to return an item and how your refund is handled. Wherever possible, please return goods in a resaleable condition.

7. Using Our Website

You agree to use zelvon.com only for lawful purposes, and never in a way that could damage the site, disrupt its use by others, or infringe anyone else's rights. We may suspend or withdraw access to the site at any time where there is a reasonable need.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, layout and graphics — belongs to ZELVON or is used with permission. You are welcome to browse and enjoy it, but it may not be copied or reused commercially without our written consent.

9. Our Liability

We take great care over our products and our service, but we do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which always stand alongside anything written here.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you habitually reside.
